Sifu Heide Nagano
Sifu Heide Nagano, is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She started training in Kajukenbo in 1995. Along with her Kajukenbo training she has also trained in Kung Fu and Kenpo karate. She has attended seminars in Kajukenbo, Kung Fu, Jujitsu, Escrima, and other arts. As a competitor she has taken first place in both forms and sparring at the Inglewood Kajukenbo Championships and the Glendora Kajukenbo Tournament.
In 2001, Sifu Nagano was promoted to the rank of 2nd degree black belt. She now acts as a assistant instructor for the Kajukenbo Self Defense Institute, Menifee (Mt. San Jacinto College).
